Expert Witness

This experience has been employed as expert witness in disputes of many kinds, on commercial & recreational craft . Whereas most disputes centre upon experts' "opinions", CEproof's regulatory knowledge can bring a basis of fact to the dispute: ie the issue at stake can be measured against standards, classification rules or national codes. This resolves cases more quickly and thus more cheaply than where one expert's opinion is set against another.

CEproof's staff are members of many professional institutions and some hold Chartered Engineer status.
